Most orders are prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Personalized, custom, large, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package size, and weight, destination, and available shipping service.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Large or Oversized Items

Larger products, including some signs and home decor, may require special packaging and may have higher shipping costs due to package dimensions. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
